Colin Vance is a Professor of Quantitative Methods at the School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences at Constructor University in Bremen, Germany. He concurrently serves as Deputy Director of Environment and Resources at RWI – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research. His research focuses on energy policy, transportation systems, economic development, and global environmental change, with a particular emphasis on spatial econometrics and GIS applications. Vance holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University (1992) and a PhD in Economics from Clark University (2000).
