Dr. Philip Kerner is a Researcher at the University of Bremen since September 2018, affiliated with Prof. Dr. Jutta Günther's working group in the Chair of Economics of Innovation and Structural Change. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Bremen (2015) and an M.Sc. in Quantitative Economics from Kiel University (2018).
