Colette Darcy is a Professor of Public Service Leadership and Management Practice, and serves as Registrar/Head of the Whitaker School of Government and Management at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). Education: She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick, where her research centered on fairness judgments in employment termination.
