Dr. Cedric Chau serves as Director of Senior Public Service at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), leading strategic leadership development, continuous professional development, and executive coaching for Ireland's top civil servants. With over twenty years at IPA, he previously held faculty positions as Senior Lecturer and Programme Director at the Whitaker School of Government and Management.
