Clifford Nelson is an Assistant Professor in Residence in the Accounting Department at the University of Connecticut’s School of Business (1997–Present). He holds a D.B.A., M.C., and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. Prior to academia, he spent 26 years at Xerox Corporation (1969–1995), holding roles such as Manager of Strategic Support and Requirements Planning, and oversaw international projects like the Machine Contract Control Project in London. Earlier, he worked at Boeing Company (1963–1969) as a Business Planning Supervisor and Business Analyst.
