Claude Turner

Claude Turner, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Norfolk State University, affiliated with the College of Science, Engineering and Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York and served as Department Chair from July 2018 to June 2021. With over 25 years of teaching experience, his work includes peer-reviewed publications and external funding in specialized research areas.
