Clark H. Summers

Dr. Clark H. Summers is an Assistant Professor in the History Politics department at Belmont Abbey College. He holds a PhD in Humanities from Salve Regina University, MA degrees in Strategic Studies (US Army War College) and International Relations (Salve Regina University), and a BA in Rhetoric from UC Davis. His expertise focuses on American colonial history, civil-military relations, and international diplomacy.
