Claire Pattison is an Enterprise Fellow and Doctoral Researcher at Manchester Metropolitan University's Centre for Enterprise. She designs and manages leadership programs including Managers2Leaders and ERDF SMART Cheshire Innovation Programme.

Research Focus: Gender equity in entrepreneurship, innovation processes, and cross-sector leadership development with special emphasis on public engagement.
