Chuck Grace is a Lecturer in Finance at the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario. He holds multiple leadership roles including Program Director for Western’s Financial Wellness Lab and the Ivey Academy’s Investment Professional Leadership Program. His expertise spans wealth management, fintech, and the impact of emerging technologies on financial advice. Prior to academia, he served as COO of Quadrus Investment Services, growing it into a major mutual fund dealer, and held senior roles in Canada’s wealth management sector.
Dr. Grace’s research focuses on household financial behavior, digital advice systems, and financial resilience. He has authored over 50 case studies for Ivey Publishing and frequently presents at industry events. Awards include Ivey’s David G Burgoyne Teaching Award (2019) and the Patrick Culhane Special Contributor Award (2021).
His articles analyze client behavior, savings strategies, and fintech applications in finance. He chairs Ivey’s Household Finance advisory council and contributed to the Scotiabank Digital Banking Lab. Beyond academia, he advises firms on thriving in competitive wealth management markets.
