Dr. Christos P. Tsokos is a Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of South Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in Probability & Statistics from the University of Connecticut and advanced degrees from the University of Rhode Island.
His extensive research portfolio spans stochastic systems, statistical modeling, Bayesian reliability analysis, ecological systems, and mathematical oncology. Recent focus areas include developing probabilistic models for breast, lung, brain, colon and prostate cancer, and cybersecurity vulnerability analysis.
Dr. Tsokos has authored over 400 research publications and 25 monographs. As president of the International Federation of Nonlinear Analysts, he leads a global research organization promoting interdisciplinary solutions to complex nonlinear problems.
