Christopher Rotolo is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Science, where he teaches courses on Human Resource Selection and Organizational Climate and Culture. He currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Management and Organization Development at PepsiCo, leading global talent processes such as leadership development, performance management, and organizational health surveys. Previously, he held roles at IBM (Leadership Strategy and Research team) and the FBI, alongside consulting experiences with Hay Group and his own firm.
He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
