Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, New York University (NYU), where he has been teaching since 2003. He concurrently serves as an Executive Consultant at PDI Ninth House, specializing in leadership assessment, development, and executive coaching for senior leaders across global organizations. His professional background includes roles at KPMG, Marsh and McLennan, and Aon Consulting, focusing on leadership development programs and strategic talent initiatives.

Dr. Jones holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware (1986), and an M.S. (1990) and Ph.D. (1995) in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. His teaching portfolio includes courses such as 'Introduction to Industrial-Organizational Psychology' and 'Human Resources Selection.'
