Christopher Michael Ocker is Honorary Professor at the University of Divinity's Faculty of Theology and Philosophy. His research spans medieval and early modern religious history, focusing on biblical exegesis, Reformation conflicts, and prayer literature.

Ocker analyzes textual traditions from Theodulf of Orléans to Reformation figures, examining Hebrew influences on Christian interpretation and the material culture of religious practice.
