Christopher Dietz is an Associate Professor of Composition, Coordinator of Composition, and Director of the New Music Ensemble at Bowling Green State University's College of Musical Arts. He holds a Ph.D. in composition and theory from the University of Michigan, as well as degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and the University of Wisconsin. His compositions draw inspiration from diverse sources, including poetry, toddler behavior, cosmic themes, and political-religious themes.
