Christina Pugh is a Professor of English in the Program for Writers at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She holds a Distinguished Scholar of the Year award in Humanities from UIC and has received prestigious fellowships including the Guggenheim and Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowships.
