Christi Sanders

Christi Sanders is an Associate Professor of Business at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU). She specializes in human resource management, employee development, recruiting, employment law, and training. Her research focuses on leadership, succession planning, and organizational change in public sector contexts.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (Leadership) from Walden University, an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University, and a B.S. in Communication from Tarleton State. She is SPHR-certified and has industry experience as a Human Resource Director and corporate trainer.
