Christi Brewer

Christi Brewer, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Exercise Science at Eastern Washington University. She holds a BS and MS in Exercise Science and a PhD in Health & Kinesiology from the University of Mississippi. Her research focuses on ergogenic aids, recovery strategies in athletes, and the physiological effects of exercise across diverse populations, including substance use disorder patients and collegiate athletes.
