Professor Chris Skidmore OBE MP is a Professor of Practice at the University of Bath, focusing on Net Zero Policy. He previously served as a UK Minister for Universities, Science, Research, and Innovation, played a key role in legislating the UK’s Net Zero targets, and authored the landmark 'Mission Zero' review. He chairs the Environment All-Party Parliamentary Group and leads the Mission Zero Coalition, fostering collaboration across sectors to advance climate goals.
