Chris Mishek

Chris Mishek is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he teaches the Wrongful Conviction and Sentencing Law Clinic. His academic work intersects with his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota’s Conviction Review Unit, focusing on criminal justice reform and appellate advocacy. Prior roles include tenure at the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender’s Office and clerkships with Ramsey County District Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
