Chris Anderson

Dr. Chris Anderson is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland and the Principal of Yirri Global, a social performance consultancy he founded. With a Ph.D. in Anthropology, he has 17 years of experience as a field practitioner and senior executive in the mining industry, working with companies like Rio Tinto, Newmont Mining, and Normandy Mining. He specializes in collaborating with Indigenous communities on issues such as land claims, Royal Commissions, and customary law.
