Chip Bergh

Chip Bergh is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School (HBS). Before joining HBS, he served as President and CEO of Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.) from September 2011 until January 2024, overseeing a 40% revenue increase and a five-fold growth in market capitalization. He also held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Gillette, and currently serves on the boards of HP, Inc., Pinterest, and e.l.f. beauty.
