Chin-Cheng Hung is a Professor of Foundation Studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), holding this position since 1999. He earned an M.F.A. in Painting from SCAD and a Diploma in Art from Fu Hsing Kang College. Prior roles include Art Director at the Army 8th Corps in Taiwan (1995–1997) and Guest Lecturer at the Youth Activity Center (1991–1994).
