Dr. Cheryl Pulling is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at Queen's University's Faculty of Health Sciences. She joined the faculty in 1988 and has taught theory and clinical courses across all undergraduate levels, including supervised clinical rotations at Kingston General Hospital. Her research focuses on competency-based medical education, health systems, and inter-professional approaches to improve patient outcomes.
Her primary research interests include evidence-based practice, healthcare quality improvement, and patient engagement strategies within public health frameworks. She also serves as Associate Director of Undergraduate Nursing Programs.
