Chelsea Rochman

Chelsea Rochman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto. Her research integrates ecology, ecotoxicology, and environmental chemistry to investigate the sources, fate, and ecological impacts of anthropogenic pollutants in aquatic ecosystems.

Her work emphasizes complex contaminant mixtures, particularly microplastics, which act as multiple stressors through physical particles, additive chemicals, and sorbed pollutants.
