Her work shows consistent themes in behavior change applications for chronic disease management, particularly examining how digital tools can improve self-management in diabetes and other long-term conditions. She has published in journals including BMJ Open, Health Psychology, and Critical Public Health.
Dr. Dack serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science, the official journal for the Association of Contextual Behavioral Science. Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to health and well-being.
She is actively supervising doctoral students and has served as supervisor for multiple research projects and datasets. Her current projects include "Diabetes Distress" (funded by National Institute for Health Research through 2026), "Stigma Research Network," and development of digital self-management interventions for chronic conditions.
