Charlotte Conn

Charlotte Conn is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greater Manchester and Programme Lead for the MSc Counselling and Positive Psychology program. She is a practicing Person-Centered Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

• Education: BSc in Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy

Her research interests span identity, sexuality, rurality, social media, mental health, loss, and grooming. She maintains active clinical practice alongside her academic role, working with children and adults in diverse settings including helplines, charities, schools, and NHS Employee Assistance Programmes.

• Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

Charlotte also serves as a Mental Health Mentor for Moodswings, supporting students in Greater Manchester with mental health conditions that impact their university experience.
