Charles Ricky Simmons

Mr. Charles Ricky Simmons is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Bielefeld, teaching self-designed courses in American Legal English, Business Law, and Cyber Law. A retired U.S. Army Colonel with extensive overseas service, he holds an Executive Juris Doctor (EJD) in Business Law from Purdue University Global, a Master of Strategic Studies (MSS) from the Army War College, and a micro-credential in Social Media Law.
