Dr. Charles Kalinzi is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth's School of Organisations, Systems and People. He serves as Course Leader for the Business and Supply Chain Management undergraduate program and is a post-doctoral researcher. His expertise lies in public procurement, strategic procurement, and supply chain management, with a focus on quantifying performance gaps in public works contracts. Previously, he held roles as Head of Department (Procurement & Supply Chain) at a Ugandan institution and as a procurement consultant across multiple African nations.
