Raheem Sheikh

Raheem Sheikh serves as a Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth's Faculty of Business & Law within the School of Organisations, Systems and People. His academic specialization focuses on Operations and Systems Management, with expertise in digital supply chain management, digital sourcing and procurement, ICT applications in business operations, and enterprise software systems including SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce CRM.

His research spans digital transformation, accounting practices, ERP implementations, private equity accounting, wealth management strategies, audit methodologies, and data science applications. He actively leads research projects in these domains and delivers corporate training on SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce CRM modules to industry professionals.

Sheikh has authored five Master's theses in 2023 covering CRM systems' impact on employee performance, communication-driven decision support systems in strategic management, SaaS-ERP implementation challenges in SMEs, e-commerce sustainability in UK grocery retail, and employee engagement dynamics at Unilever.
