Chang Bi-Yu

Dr. Chang Bi-Yu is a Researcher at the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London) and a Visiting Fellow at Ruhr University Bochum. Her work focuses on the interplay of culture and power, particularly in the context of Taiwanese identity formation, cultural policy, and spatial representation.
