Chanchal Balachandran

Dr. Chanchal Balachandran is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at the University of Liverpool Management School. He holds a PhD in Economics (Organization Theory) from USI Lugano (Switzerland), with postdoctoral fellowships at Linköping University (Institute for Analytical Sociology), the Institute for Futures Studies (Stockholm), and Utrecht University School of Economics. His research focuses on strategic human capital in organizational and entrepreneurial contexts, addressing questions around employee mobility, wage inequality, and social/economic implications of human capital practices.
