Aliasghar Bahoo Torodi

Aliasghar Bahoo Torodi is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School (City St George's, University of London). His research focuses on employee and academic entrepreneurship in high-technology sectors, founder experiences in emerging markets, and startup strategy performance. He teaches New Product Development and Problem Solving for Early-stage Companies in the MSc Entrepreneurship program.

Education includes a PhD in Management from the University of Bologna, Italy, and an MSc in Economics and Management from Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), Switzerland.

Research interests span strategic management and entrepreneurship, particularly in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and venture capital contexts. Prior to joining Bayes in 2022, he held postdoctoral roles at Aalto University and Bocconi University.
