Chad Leith serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the McKeown School of Education at Salem State University. He is also currently the Executive Vice President and Principal of the Horace Mann Laboratory School, a public elementary school located on Salem State's campus. His work focuses on improving educational outcomes for English Language Learners (ELLs) in urban settings, informed by his experience as a bilingual educator and Peace Corps volunteer in Cape Verde.
