Celeste Peer serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nebraska Methodist College, teaching Lifespan Development to Nursing students since December 2025. Previously, she worked in the Psychology Department at El Paso Community College from 2003 until 2024 after relocating from her birthplace of El Paso, Texas, to League City, Texas.
