Cathy Della Lucia

Cathy Della Lucia is an Assistant Professor of Studio Art at Boston College, affiliated with the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a B.A. in Studio Art from Xavier University and an M.F.A. in Sculpture from Boston University. Her teaching includes courses like Introduction to 3D: Sculpture and Intermediate 3D: Space and Form. Her artistic practice focuses on sculpture, ceramics, and installation, exploring themes of labor, leisure, Asian American identity, and Korean craft traditions through material reuse and collaboration.

• Recent exhibitions include solo shows at Overlap Gallery (Newport, RI) and group exhibitions at venues such as Abigail Ogilvy Gallery (Boston), Kniznick Gallery (Brandeis University), and international spaces in Seoul and Copenhagen.
