Catherine Rogers

Catherine Rogers is a Professor at Bocconi University and holds a Research Professor appointment at University of California Law, San Francisco. Her work bridges international arbitration, professional ethics, and the intersection of markets with legal regulation. Prior roles include Professorships at Queen Mary, University of London, Pennsylvania State University, and the Geneva-based Masters International Dispute Settlement (MIDs) Program.

She serves on advisory boards for the Vienna International Arbitration Centre, Oxford University Press Investment Claims, and co-chaired the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration.
