Catherine Leighton

Catherine Leighton is an Honorary Research Fellow at the UWA Business School's Management and Organisations department. She serves as Program Director for the Graduate Certificate and Master of Business Analytics programs, launched in 2019 with notable student success metrics. Her academic background includes a PhD and BPsych from UWA, and a Master of Psychology (Organizational) from Curtin University with distinction.

She has held roles including ANBS Program Director / Lecturer at UWA Business School (1999–2006) and Associate Lecturer at Curtin University (1998–1999).

Consulting Experience: Collaborations with Main Roads WA, Silver Chain, Zonta House, and St John of God Health Care, emphasizing data-driven organizational strategy development.

Awards: Secured grants including the Future Funds Research Awards (2020), Mitsubishi Fund (2016), and UWA Research Grant (2015).
