Dr. Jane Chong is a Lecturer at the School of Psychological Science, University of Western Australia (UWA), and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Future of Work Institute (2024–2024). She holds a PhD and Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UWA. Her research focuses on work motivation, newcomer socialisation, and age diversity/inclusion, with a scientist-practitioner approach to enhance employee experiences.
