Caroline Mills

Dr. Caroline Mills serves as Head of the School of Natural and Social Sciences, providing academic leadership across natural and social science disciplines. She directs the Centre for Learning & Innovation in Public Protection (CLIPP), focusing on evidence-based approaches to public safety and policing innovation.

Her research program emphasizes establishing effective partnerships between police forces and higher education institutions to advance evidence-based policing practices. Key areas include:
