Caroline Day is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, affiliated with the Faculty of Science and Health and the School of the Environment and Life Sciences. Her work with the Institute of the Earth and Environment emphasizes sustainable development frameworks, particularly in addressing risks linked to environmental and social vulnerabilities. She combines academic teaching—previously as a Teaching Fellow at Reading—with applied research on resilience strategies in African communities.
