Caroline Dale Ditlev-Simonsen is a Professor at BI Norwegian Business School's Department of Law and Governance. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Organization from BI, an MA in Energy and Environmental Studies from Boston University, and a BA in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Her roles include Co-Director of the BI Centre for Sustainability and Energy, Head of BI Forum for Foundations, and former Board Member of WWF-Norway and the Norwegian Ethics Information Committee. Research focuses on sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), non-financial reporting, and leadership in emerging markets.
Education highlights: PhD (2011), MA (1990), BA (1986). Professional experience spans roles at Storebrand ASA, Kvaerner ASA, and the Norwegian Pollution Control Authority.
