Carol R. Kuntz is a Professorial Lecturer (Part-time) at Georgetown University and George Washington University, specializing in the policy implications of artificial intelligence and strategic technologies. She concurrently serves as an Adjunct Fellow (Non-Resident) in the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
