Carmel Buckley

Carmel Buckley is Professor of Sculpture and Foundations at Ohio State University. A Fulbright Fellow and Mexican Government Scholarship recipient, she exhibits internationally with works exploring botanical forms through detailed line drawings and mixed media.

Exhibitions: Shown at The Drawing Center (NY), Wexner Center for the Arts, Economist Building (London), and Center For Recent Drawing (London). Recent series Across the Sea uses leaf tracings to create metaphorical landscapes inspired by 19th-century book illustration.
