Carlos Ponce is a Visiting Lecturer in the Management and Business & Information Technology Department at Framingham State University with concurrent adjunct appointments at:

His expertise spans Business, International Business, Nonprofit Management, Human Rights, Strategic Management, and Governance, developed through three decades of work in strategic planning, civil society development, and human rights advocacy. He teaches Doing Business Abroad, Globalization of Business, and Legal Environment of Business at FSU.
Dr. Ponce has managed and fundraised over $90 million for programs funded by USAID, DRL, DOS, the European Union, Government of Japan, Taiwan Foundation for Democracy, DFAIT, NED, and the World Bank. As Executive Director of Consorcio Justicia Inc, he advises nonprofits, government agencies, and private companies on governance, accountability, and social responsibility while serving on boards including the World Movement for Democracy and Community of Democracies.
