Dr. Carlos Ponce is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire's Carsey School of Public Policy, teaching Global Governance. He concurrently holds adjunct/lecturer roles at Johns Hopkins University (NGO Management), Northeastern University (Global Studies), and Columbia University (Nonprofit Management). With over 30 years of expertise in Governance, Human Rights, and Democracy Empowerment, he has managed $90M+ in donor-funded programs across USAID, EU, and other international bodies.
