Carla R Barqueiro

Carla R Barqueiro is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Widener University. Her research focuses on human security, Responsibility to Protect (R2P), and the intersection of kinship, race, gender, and state repression. She holds a PhD in International Politics from Aberystwyth University (UK) and degrees from McGill University (CA).
