Candace Claar

Dr. Candace Claar serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems at the College of Education, The Pennsylvania State University. She is actively engaged with the Workforce Education and Development (WFED) program and the Professional Personnel Development Center for Career and Technical Education (PPDC).
