Cal Bricker

Dr. Cal Bricker serves as a Senior Fellow at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy while concurrently leading Spirits Canada as President and CEO. His distinguished career spans executive leadership in regulated industries including cannabis (Ontario Cannabis Store), gaming (Ontario Lottery and Gaming), waste management, and brewing (Labatt and Molson). He maintains active military service as a reserve Captain (Navy) in the Royal Canadian Navy with three Afghanistan deployments, and holds board positions with the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund, Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy, and Canadian Journalism Foundation as an honorary governor.

His academic credentials:
