Caitlin Dzikon

Caitlin Dzikon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling & Health Psychology at the University of North Dakota's School of Natural Health Arts and Sciences. She teaches in both MA and undergraduate programs while providing clinical supervision and contributing to curriculum development.

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (University of North Dakota, 2009)
• BS in Psychology (North Dakota State University, 2004)

Her research focuses on health psychology and neuropsychology, particularly examining how exercise, nutrition, and sleep impact brain health. She also investigates mental health adjustment in vision loss patients and develops school-based exercise-psychotherapy programs for child emotional development.
