CHENG Cheng is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the School of Social Sciences, Singapore Management University (SMU), and a Lee Kong Chian Fellow (2022-2024). Her research focuses on gender, family, health, aging, and demography, examining how social inequalities arise through family dynamics. She holds a PhD from Princeton University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
